We duly received the flag you and your team have produced for xxx 70th Birthday and may I say on behalf of all of the group who commissioned it, how overjoyed we are with the result! We unwrapped it and has taken many photos to share, in advance of xx's birthday, the amazing quality and attention to detail of the flag. The cloth, the stitching, and the incredible definition and clarity of the images are all absolutely superbly done. This is a real example of Welsh craftsmanship at its finest and we are all immensely grateful to you for your skills and attention to detail. xxx of course knows nothing about it yet but I think we are all very confident he will absolutely love it.
