Ceremonial flags

We make ceremonial flags including those specific to the Royal British Legion, its branches and Veteran core. 

Private commissions 

Ceremonial flags can be single or double (bagged) sided.

The ceremonial private commission in the picture above has been bagged which means we make two identical flags then stitch them back to back, left to right facing on both sides with an interlining (to minimise shadowing when held up to the light) and finished with a custom made blue and white bullion fringe around three sides. 

The separate private commission below was finished as a single layer ceremonial flag.

On all ceremonial flags, the pole sleeve is covered and sewn to leave an open top seam through and made to fit a wood ceremonial pole and we also include two satin ribbon ties at the top of the sleeve for tie off around a finial (which ensures the flag doesnt slip down the pole when being carried or static on display).

Royal British Legion ceremonial flags

Prices for the RBL ceremonial flags (which have a set format) start at £395 plus vat per bagged flag and the final price is dependent on the amount of letters on the end flag, plus vat per unit with fringe and covered sleeve.

We can make this in the matt version made with MOD spec woven polyester and as some clients prefer, a slight satin sheen version on the ‘gold' element as below (the flag below was actually an oldie which needed an update of name......) :…… or the traditional matt version.  Bagged, double sided banner (two sides sewn separately then stitched together back to back.
