Postage and shipping charges

We always try and get the best price for postage and shipping costs.

UK

For small and large letters and small packages (under 1kg) we post by first class recorded Royal Mail, which requires a signature on delivery and can take up to three working days to be delivered.

For parcels weighing 1-20kg, we use either MyHermes or Collect+ which has the option of two charge bands including 2-3 days or 3-5 days. They charge extra for a signature which we prefer to use so we know its arrived safely with our customers and who has signed for the goods.

Ex-UK, offshore and international

To ship our goods worldwide we chose the best deal from a selection of quotes from a combination of sources including Royal Mail and Transglobal Express (which includes TNT, FedEx and DHL).
